Lovely, hand-crafted and hand-painted miniature church, with the characteristic golden onion domes associated with Orthodox architecture. There's more to this piece, as it also plays a famous Russian song, Moscow Nights. (It's not technically a music box, since it doesn't open up and function as a box.)
