This large box featuring a scene from "The Tale of the Golden Cockerel" glows with shimmering golden accents and bold colors. This well made box is signed on the lid with the title, artist's name (Sarov), and village. There is a hinge at the top, and the interior is red lacquer. The base of this piece is flush. Very impressive for the reasonable price.
