Tradestone Layaway Program Conditions:

20 percent down, either by credit card, paypal, check or money order.
No monthly minimum payments are required, but layaway must be completed within one year for purchases under $1,000. For purchases over $1,000, two years will be given to complete the layway plan.
If layaway is discontinued or not paid for completely after the one or two year period, the customer will forfeit all money paid up to that point.
Box(es) will be sent after all payments are made.
After the layaway is completed, if the customer receives the box and then decides to return it within 30 days, no refunds will be given, except in the case of damage. Only credit on item(s) from our websites or store will be given. (Note: This credit condition ONLY applies for layaway purchases. Our normal store policy is 100 percent money-back guarantee for any returns within 30 days, no questions asked. The normal returns policy remains in effect for all non-layaway purchases.)
If offers are made on Make-an-Offer Day, and you intend to pay using the layaway program, then this must be stated when making the offer.
Customer does not have to make regular payments, but they must email or call Tradestone Gallery (lacquerbox.com) at least once every three months to indicate continued interest in the item(s). If customer fails to do this, Tradestone Gallery has the right to consider the layaway program "abandoned" and the customer forfeits all money paid into the layaway program to this point.
Layaways are limited to two per household at any one time.
