An image of a very pretty women is drawn under the golden sky, with trees and houses that look vaguely haunted in the background. The atmosphere ends at two straight gold lines and changes to another fantastical environment with another strange building, a patch of odd mushrooms, and trees that seem animated as they reach around from behind. Some vibrant blue colors in the sky enliven this outside scene, as well. All in all, we are not exactly sure what the artists (K. and S. Komogorovy) had in mind for this one, but we do like it! Around the drawing, and extending onto the sides, is a band of gold with a network of thin black lines drawn on it. The bottom part of the sides is black, as is the bottom of the box. The inside is red. The box is made out of high quality papier mache and has a hinge at the left. Signed with the name of the artists, village, and title. Really colorful and unique!
